There is not a worse phone call to receive than that of a driver having problems with a coach when they are on a trip with clients. The location of the breakdown can create challenges in getting the right support, especially if the bus is away from home.

BusRescue.com is a tool for its members to quickly and easily find help no matter where they or their buses are located. When members open a rescue request, the BusRescue system will help connect its members with service providers in the area they choose by using three simultaneous methods of communication to connect you.

Additionally as a member you are listed in our directory of providers and can opt to receive notification when Rescue Requests are opened in your area. This opportunity allows busrescue.com's members to not only help other industry partners, but could get a piece of their equipment on the road if available when a break down is in your area.

Features

Database listing

As a member you have access to our database which has over 25,000 service providers. This includes Bus Companies, Tire Repair shops, Engine repair shops and Towing companies.

Where ever your bus breaks down, you can use the data base to pull up a list of providers in that area to call for help.

Automated communication system

BusRescue refers to it as BRASS or Bus Rescue Alert Service System. Using this system saves you the time of calling everyone on the list in the data base. The system simply sends communication to the providers you select from the list and then they call you back!

Call Center service

The call center gives you the flexibility to call in for help if you are not near a PC at the time of a break down. They will log in on your behalf and place the rescue request for you. The service providers still contact you directly.
